Single Parenting Is Tough

You know something? Single parenting is tough.

Sure, most of you that will read this aren't single parents, but, most of us, from time to time, are left alone with our child or children while our spouse, partner, or lifemate is away for some reason or another.

Gunfighter & The Virginia DMV

(This story took place Wednesday, October 31st)

So, I dropped SoccerGirl off for school, and scooted over to the DMV... the one here in Woodbridge.

I drove into the lot, and noted the small number of cars there. Great!

I had ALL of my paperwork... that's right, all of it, because your pal Gunfighter likes to be prepared, like the Boy Scout that I was in my long-disappeared youth.
