Student Penalized for being smart.....what????

So I live in Texas yall and I was greatly disappointed to see our public school system at work here. In todays Dallas Morning News is a story of one incredibly intelligent teen with the highest GPA in school yet will not be Valedictorian. Why? Because she finished school in three years instead of four!!! This is dumb and something needs to be done about it. Please read the story below and bombard this priniciple with emails for this student!!

Ummmm

It's Tuesday and I keep forgetting to Blog. So my hubby is back playing PS2. I have decided to just leave it alone and pray about it. I dont hate the PS2 - I just want more attention.......like any wife would. I told my husband that he never buys me anything and guess what......he bought me something yesterday. It could have been a scene from The King of Queens.

Post Turkey Holiday

So I havent blogged in about 3 days I think...............my granny told me something about the movie The Golden Compass and how it was that it advances Atheist thinking...........I wonder. If we adults did not put the thought out into the "universe" would children even know that this was an atheist movie. End thought.

SIL was released from the hospital last wednesday and hasn't been to see her baby in the NICU until today. so hubbin and i have a lot of....concerns about this baby fighting for his life and the actions of his parents.
