Dear Knees,

You outdid yourself today and for that I am thankful. Unfortunately, now you ache in any position, sitting or standing.

Your friends...the feet...hurt. The dogs are barking, however you want to say it.

Up and down the ladder we went today. Sitting, kneeling, stooping...we did it all and tomorrow will have to do it even more.

Please rest well tonight and be strong for me again tomorrow.

Refund Checks

Dear Insurance Peoples,

Thank you for the refund check that came to my house in the mail today.
It could not have come at a better time. Between this surprise check and the escrow overage refund check AND lowered house payment things look a little brighter for us until next pay day.

I keep being reminded that wading along in these tough waters and trying my best to do the right thing and make good decisions pays off eventually.
