Yet Another Thanksgiving?

Happy Thanksgiving all.

Somehow, no matter how many years go by and how many times I write those little words, each Thanksgiving remains special. It's a beautiful day here in the Seattle area and there are many things to give thanks for:

1) If you're reading this blog, I am grateful.

2) That means you are also alive - and that's terrific!

3) The internets are still functioning.…

Dear Sony, I think the PS2 needs closure

Like many gamers, I heartily enjoyed the Playstation 2. It was a great system which brought forth many superb games and experiences over the years. Probably one of the last gaming experiences I will remember for PS2 would be Final Fantasy XII... which I quickly transferred to my PS3 (those of you gamers playing on newer PS3s will lose out on that backwar…

Is there really a reason?

Google image, I love it. You love it. We all love it.
This blog is a photo-puzzle. Can you connect the dots?

Order of Magnitude

I've been having a grand bit of fun with a simple yet highly sophisticated book lately. A book that I think sizes things up extremely well. Well, not in the physical sense - more conceptually.

Hatch's Order of Magnitude: Methodical Rankings of the Commonplace and the Incredible for Daily Reference, by a Man of Extraordinary Genius and Impeccable Taste is a superb re…

I knew there had to be a reason for clicking on your name/link. I too, am Tiger AND Sagittarius. What luck! Thanks for joining my group, btw.

Consider it an ink-blot sort of thing. It doesn't mean a whole lot. Just kinda random data to keep the neurons flowing.

I'm guessing they're all digital images, but other than that, I'm drawing a blank on what their connection is. Please elaborate.

Picture this: me, at work, leaning over my table to get my nose within inches of my monitor to get those damn flies to pop out in 3D. I'm lucky I'm highly unpopular and no one comes up to visit me, lest they'd think I was crazy. Well, more so, anyway.

Scragly whiskers? {No, thanks}. Commit or cut it off. The most the little whiskers do for me is make me want to pluck 'em.

I do love me some soul patch, though.

Gah! That was supposed to read: "You know I'm always up for one." Can a person have dyslexia with full words?

Do you have comments closed on your posts on purpose? I can't comment other than leave a comment on your comment wall. Which is fine, I guess, but seems a little odd. Although, if you did it on purpose, I'm sure you had a very good reason.

Back to my point... I was going to leave a comment on your "Places to go" post about how I am totally stealing that idea for my post tonight. And to also tell you there is no time like the present for a trip. Though, you always know I'm up for one!
