I'm also adding a photo a day

I'm one of the members of the Diabetes365 project on flickr.

So I'm posting a picture every day that explains a little of what it's like to live with diabetes.

Generally I'll put all my blog posts up on my diabetes blog. Though I'll also post here from time to time.

You might also like to check out the diabetes365 photo posts on flickr. There's about 30 of us posting one picture a day up there.

Now it's official

I've declared to the world that I'm taking part in NaBloPoMo.

It's going to be a bit tricky at Thanksgiving because I'll be in Ireland from Thursday through the Sunday. Unlike Ning, I can't cheat and let it publish automagically for me while I'm away.

But I'll figure it our somehow!

My mother, grandmother, and greatgrandmother have type 2 diabetes and my aunt has type 1 diabetes. I have lived my life knowing that it is only a matter of time before I am diagnosed as well. I will continue to post on my blog about diabetes, pregnancy, and homeschooling, because that's my life today.
