As you can tell, I'm a regular walker. When I didn't see a group of walkers/hikers at NaBloPoMo, I started one. Come check it out! Not that there's a whole lot of exciting content--but some people include photos from their walks, and the one introduction thread we have has a little advice on shoes. Maybe I should come up with another topic to keep things moving?

Speaking of which, I need to get my workout(s) in this morning, before the rest of the family gets up (our house is small, and I like to do videos on the weekend--yoga, Pilates, step, the FIRM, etc.).
