Gearing Up

I didn't finish NaBloPoMo last year. I got distracted with a weekend trip. Not this year. I'm going to do the whole month.

Why can I manage to commit to a month of blogging, but not a month at the gym. Oh yeah, blogging is fun, the gym is not -- that's why.

Need Your Vacay Tips!

So, it appears I'm getting a lil' bonus at work. I already have my vacation account that I stash money into every pay period, and I actually save quite a bit for it, as vacation is pretty high on my list after the mortgage, savings, car, etc. But, this bonus will just let us splurge a little on our trip.

We only have a week and we're flying from the East Coast of the US, so we'd like to go to Europe, simply because that's the closest. We don't want to spend hours and hours on a plane.…
