Earlier in the week, Jazper mentioned his new heated bed.
What we have is a heated furniture insert for pet beds.
We
use it in the basement on a chair with blankets for Jaz's naps during
the day, then bring it upstairs at night to put on the desk chair so
Jaz & Isis can cuddle.

Oh the weather outside is <s>frightful</s> actually surprisingly not bad right now, considering yesterday. It warmed up last evening and overnight, so most of what fell from the sky yesterday melted.
Today's high temp was this morning, about 40° while I was driving into work. Now it's 34° and the sun is blotted out more and more by clouds encroaching. The winds are supposed to kick up this afternoon, whipping in off Lake Michigan, and we're to have Lake Effect sno…

Brrrr.... this morning, we're having a "wintry mix" winter storm.
It was just icy drizzle at home, but by the time I got to Dowagiac, it was full-on ice storm, coating everything. Then, when I went to the bank to make my deposit, it had turned to snow - big, quarter-sized wet flakes sticking to the icy slickness. Now it's sleety-rain, with temps hovering right above freezing. Yuk.
