Scrumptious Sunday: Stuffed Peppers

I actually made this recipe last week, but didn't have any spare time to write about it until today. Last weekend, Hubby decided he was really in the mood for stuffed peppers. I don't have a single recipe in any of my many cookbooks for stuffed peppers! Can you believe it? They all have stuffed cabbage rolls covered, but good luck finding stuffed peppers! My mom makes this recipe so I called her

Hot Chicken Dish

And by hot I mean it's too HOT today to be cooking! However, the mood struck and I made chicken Marsala. It turned out good. I followed my recipe from my Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook. I think next time I'll use Carrabba's recipe. Hubby makes that one and prefers it. Don't get me wrong, what I made turned out fine; it's just a bland recipe. Happy Birthday, Hubby!

Allergy Attack

Last night I was struck with the worst allergy attack I've ever experienced. It was utter craziness. At approximately 7:30 p.m. EDT a pleasant breeze flowed through my home office window and as the air brushed across my face, I felt instant irritation! So, I joined NaBloPoMo...I'm still not entirely sure what this is, but here I am. In the past year I've become a "blogger." I currently have 3 active blogs. One is private and personal.
