Is food creative?

If you know me and/or my blog, you know I'm going to say, absolutely! to this question. But am I alone? Do you feel that cooking and baking are creative? Isn't how we eat an artform?

Creating food is definitely an art form! I love to cook and I love it when what I cook turns out well so that others enjoy!

Of course it is! In fact for the NaBloPoMo on my food blo0g it's all about a month of Christmas cookies. Food is the ultimate art form for me. Great topic!

YES!!! When I am actually motivated enough to cook real food, I get all kinds of creative with it! I don't like to bake too much, since you have to wait an hour or so to taste the results... but cooking??? MMMMMMmmm... always fun! I love to take an ingredient I have laying around, that I don't know what to do with... and make a creative soup! Mayhaps I will make a soup this weekend... *pondering that* I'd like to make the one from your blog, but I'd have to actually leave my house, go to the store, and buy some italian sausage... and who has that much motivation???? LOL Not me. I'll grab some next time I do my twice-a-month shopping ritual.

Thanks Suzie, now I'm hungry again. LOL

I tend to make people hungry, sorry for that!

I am so glad to see other people agree with me, I hope that we all get to blog about our culinary creative endeavours this month.
