HTML Code for Randomizer Available?

Last year I was able to upload a randomizer button on my blog that allowed visitors to click over to view blogs of other NaBloPoMo participants.

This year, I can't find the HTML code anywhere. Yes, I saw the banner, but not the code. Help, anyone? Am I overlooking it, plain as day?
